Interior

Regular visits to your home, including checks of every room
Check walls, ceilings, window sills, skylights, and chimneys for water leaks
Check under sinks, toilets, and water heater for leaks
Check home interior for any signs of mold, mildew, or unusual odors
Check for insect or rodent infestations and removal of any mice caught in traps
Check that all windows and doors are locked and secure
Check heat/ac, room dehumidifiers, and radon detectors for appropriate settings and proper operations
Check electrical panel for tripped breakers
Reset alarm system if applicable

Exterior

Walk around home and check for weather damage, burglary, or vandalism
Remove reachable cobwebs
Check roofs and gutters as applicable
Move mail, flyers, or door hangers, as well as packages inside
Check yard condition and note if service companies are not performing satisfactorily
Remove obvious debris from driveways, walkways, and entry ways

You will receive a detailed email report of monthly or bi-monthly visits and an immediate phone call if there are any problems. Other services can be customized to meet your needs. A list of trusted tradespeople can also be provided, if needed.
